We have managed the Park since August 2001,
but the Park
has been up and running for over 40 years,
happily the original
customers are still coming back with their children and
grandchildren.
Thanks
for the praises and good wishes - we've enjoyed your company,
hopefully those that discovered us for the first time this year
will come back again and join the ever growing list of
returning visitors.

Just a short note to say thank you
both very much for making our stay with you, and our first
camping foray, so enjoyable - and relatively easy. The site was
great and the facilities provided were excellent. The location
was even better than we expected and the weather, although still
a bit chilly and a little windy, made for a great experience and
one we would like to repeat in the future.
We have recommended the site to friends already and would love
to return sometime in the not too distant future. Wishing you a
busy season, thank you once again.
Regards Alison & Andrew

It truly was a place to relax and
unwind especially after the long long journey we had from Wiltshire.
The scenery was stunning and the wildlife on your doorstep
something special. You were both so friendly and welcoming that
we felt right at home from the minute we got there. We will be
back.

There's not much to do in Muasdale
on a Saturday night, or at any other time for that matter, and
that is the simple beauty of caravanning in this part of the
world. This well kept site, backs onto a beautiful white sand
beach, with views over to Gigha, Islay and the Paps of Jura and
if the weather is right, stunning sunsets. If your idea of
heaven is kicking back in tranquil peace and quiet surrounded by
magnificent countryside and stunning wildlife, making your own
entertainment round a beach campfire, this site is definitely
for you.
The facilities, while basic, are both more than adequate and
spotless, with unlimited hot water in the showers, a laundry,
games room and well stocked information desk. Two minutes down
the road there is a well stocked shop in the village, stocking
all your basic food and drink needs, but alas no pub within
walking distance. There are however, regular buses to Tarbert
and Campbeltown, where there are plenty of pubs, as well as the
other amenities you would expect from small towns.
The beach itself seems to be almost non-tidal, and the waters
are surprisingly calm, due the shelter afforded by the islands
opposite, which also provide an effective natural windbreak
meaning your awning shouldn’t blow away. If the weather
isn’t so good, there are still hours of entertainment looking
out over the beach from the comfort of your caravan spotting the
wildlife along the shore line.
While the site and the village may be quiet, there is plenty to
do in the surrounding area, including ferries to the islands and
their whiskies close by, as well as walks for walkers of all
levels. Owners Adrian and Alison, are both friendly and
approachable, and keep well stocked files of local attractions
in the office should the tranquility become too much for you.

Just like you to know what a great
time we had at your holiday park. We had a really relaxing
week and the weather was beautiful, the caravan was great and
the site was spot on. We will never forget those sunsets.

Just wanted to say thanks for another very nice holiday at Muasdale. It
couldn't have been better. Bairns and adults alike enjoyed the whole thing -
even the storm! Hope to see you again soon.
Best wishes for a very successful season - you deserve it.

We'd just like to thank you and your
campsite for a fantastic long weekend. We had a great time and
didn't appreciate just how beautiful the site is until we
actually stayed there ourselves. We can't praise it and your
running of it highly enough. I'm sure I even noticed a
contented smile from Angus, our dog, while we were watching
that gorgeous sunset on Friday night :)
So, thanks once again and we hope to see you again soon.

Just returned from a 4 day
break at the camp site. Muasdale is the most beautiful,
peaceful place and A&A were absolutely brilliant, thanks
again for savings us from the strong winds and be assured we
will be back next year for our third visit. We loved the
beach, the beach fire at night, the sunset and the slow pace
of life.
