The Apartment and Caravan Holiday Homes are equipped with cutlery, crockery, glasses, saucepans, kettle, bread bin and swing bin.   The Apartment has a toaster.   Duvet covers and pillow cases are provided.  Sheets and towels can be provided for a small charge.

  • Holiday Homes and Apartment are fully equipped; all you need to supply is your own linen.

  • We endeavour to have all accommodation ready to occupy by 3.30pm on the day of arrival. All accommodation should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure and left in a clean and tidy condition.

  • The Hirer is responsible for any breakages which must be made good or paid for after inspection.

  • Dogs: Dogs are welcome in most caravan holiday homes (but not in the apartment). Do not allow them to lie on bedding or seats, they must be kept on a lead at all times and not left unattended.  Do not leave them in a cage whilst out.

  • Bookings: All bookings should be made on the attached form; early booking is advised for the peak summer months. No responsibility can be accepted for unconfirmed bookings.

  • Reservations can be made by telephone, and will be held for 7 days to allow deposit AND booking form to arrive.

  • We do not normally allow all male/female group bookings.

    Please note that smoking is not permitted in any of the hire accommodation.
